Use the client’s own feedback
Only publish feedback you have permission to use. Enter the client name, company, designation and review text in Customer reviews.
Add the rating and photo
The editor accepts ratings in half-star steps. A photo is optional. Use a real client photo only with permission; a simple initial avatar is used when no photo is supplied.
Make the review visible
Confirm the permission/verification checkbox and select Published on homepage. Save the review. Both conditions are required before it appears publicly.
If a review is missing
Check that the review is published and verified, then review its order and featured setting. Clear the page cache if your hosting is serving an older version. Unverified feedback remains a draft.
